The agreement between us.

By browsing or using the store, you agree to use it lawfully, provide accurate checkout information, and avoid actions that interfere with the site, its security, its payment flow, or another customer’s experience.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order.

An order request is submitted when you complete checkout. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and SUVICE or its fulfillment partner can process it. We may refuse or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, information is materially inaccurate, a payment cannot be verified, or a security or fraud review requires it.

If an order is cancelled after payment, the approved payment reversal or refund is sent through the original payment route.

Prices are displayed in US dollars as USD. A product price, available delivery option, taxes, duties, and the final total are shown or calculated during checkout when applicable. Payment is processed by the selected payment provider, and the provider’s own terms and verification steps also apply.

We may correct an obvious pricing, availability, or description error before fulfillment. If the correction affects an accepted order, we will contact you or cancel and refund it where appropriate.

We work to keep names, images, measurements, materials, variant choices, brand information, and availability accurate. Digital screens and production batches can create small differences in color, texture, finish, packaging, or fit. Measurement notes are guidance and should be compared with a similar piece you already own.

SUVICE’s name, wordmark, visual system, copy, page design, product-code system, and original editorial material belong to SUVICE or the rights holder that authorized their use. Do not copy, scrape, reproduce, modify, or commercially reuse them without written permission.

The store is provided for ordinary shopping and support use. We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, carrier events, customs decisions, supplier events, or third-party services outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer protection, refund right, or other legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms when the store, its providers, or applicable requirements change. The current version and its effective date remain available on this page. Changes do not retroactively alter an order that was already accepted unless the law requires otherwise.
